What Motivated us to launch Birla E-Bike?
Birla E-Bike is the answer to the all the problems we are facing in India with respect to increasing pollution, inflation and damage that is being caused to Mother Earth. During the lockdown period in 2020, the changes in weather that was experienced due to the decrease in pollution due to the decrease in mobility across India says a great deal about how it is all interrelated and causes the problems that has become a part of our lifestyle for which we pay the cost in the long term.

With more than 20 years of working experience in Brick manufacturing, Manufacturing of Steel products & Manufacturing of Cylinders & S.C. Valves. Pawan Saini leaves no stone unturned to achieve the goals he set and motivates his team to always go the extra mile.

Manish Saini, one of the directors on the board of Birla E-Bike is a dynamic leader with over 15+ years of experience in the manufacturing business. He balances strategic & tactical approach to leadership as well as systematic & analytical mind-set to complex problem solving & decision making in business and is keen on organizational transformation, values respect for people, teamwork & drives performance with results. He also consciously has enhanced the integration of millennials in his workplace & focuses on harnessing their creativity & originality to bring about a greater change in the way things work for the brands.
